Shipping Policy
Allow 24 hours to process your order shipping may take between 5-7 business days depending on sale volume. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide.
Binna Beauty Bundles understand things can happen when items are shipped. If packages are marked ‘Delivered’ via carrier we are not responsible, and a refund will not be issued.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by email kinnabinna@beautybybinna.com. Binna Beauty Bundles does not offer refunds once you receive your order. Returns must be received within 5 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or a store credit. Please give us 3 business days to review claim. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags or labels removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered with may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer after paying for shipping. All sales are final on sale items.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges are still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
Cos Minna products are not eligible for exchange or store credit for sanitary reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled ONLY within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund will be issued after the cancellation.
